Plan to begin your stay early in the Enchanted Mountains, there's plenty to do.
Catch the Juried Arts & Crafts Show from 10am-5pm in downtown Ellicottville and take part in their Strawberry Festival that begins at noon.
You'll also have time to catch the 2 o'clock show at the Ellicottville Championship Rodeo. The gates open at noon so you can grab a chicken BBQ and check out what their vendors have.
Get to the slopes of Holiday Valley Resort as Party Squad is the opening act for the Three Dog Night show and you won't want to miss them at 7pm.
After the concert, retreat to your room at The Inn at Holiday Valley.
