Vern's Place

The smell of fresh baked muffins, sizzling french toast and crackling bacon is enough to get just about anyone out of bed!  Vern's Place offers home-cooked meals and big cups of coffee for breakfast through lunch.

Specials, soups, desserts and muffins are all homemade.  In-season produce is purchased locally when available. Three customer favorites are the Harvest Salad, Stuffed Green Peppers and Farmhouse French Toast.  Enjoy cinnamon twists, muffins, omelets, strawberry stuffed pancakes, burgers, Reubens, specialty salads, homemade soups, daily specials and a Friday fish fry.  In the autumn customers are treated with pumpkin pancakes and pumpkin pecan waffles.
